  The sales rep had no right working there she gave me a down grade instead of a upgrade and when i returned the phone due to goggle force stop msg and not being able to fix the problem they charged me $45 for restocking and $45 for liquid screen protector witch i do not have now they did not give me my $ back after customer care told me to give them a clame code to get my $ back long story short they lie and steal from there customers sprint customer care is amazing they gave me my $ after the store lies to them as well if you wanna be treated good go to a diffrent store
