  Received burnt pizza and called the store located in Keizer Oregon. When I explained what was wrong they placed me on hold until my call rang the restaurant again. Someone picked up and asked why I was holding. I reiterated again, was asked to hold but instead was hung up on. I called right back but instead of answering they declined the call. My husband called and again the call was declined. On his second call someone answered without a greeting and said "your order is void and the manager is manning the oven". He requested a call back but of course we never got one.
